Digital weight/batch indicators

Chennai-based Nova Weigh India Limited manufactures microprocessor based high performance digital weight/batch indicators that are insensitive to EMI. These indicators have 20-bit A/D conversion that allows 50 conversions per second with high internal and display resolutions. These devices have built in batching software for batch on sequence with auto tare, 2-speed filling and automatic in-flight compensation and are fully menu-driven for calibration and set-up. These freely programmable indicators have PLC and DCS over serial MODBUS, which enable easy integration and are more sensitive for batching and dosing applications. These find applications in cement, steel and metallurgical plants, and chemical and petrochemicals.
