Scientific Equipment offers Coating Thickness Analyser, CMI 900. This is a cost effective, high performance XRF instrument. These are used for the rapid determination of multi-layer coating thickness and elemental composition in a wide range of materials such as platings, coatings, alloys, films and plating bath solutions with elemental compositions from Ti22 to U92. Analytical capabilities and features: Thickness measurement of upto 5 layers [4 Layers + Base] and 15 elements; Rapid, non-destructive, non-contact EDXRF technology; Simultaneous composition analysis of up to 25 elements; Measurement methods according to ISO 3497, ASTM B568 and DIN 50987; Excellent multi-element identification from Ti22 to U92; Large Chamber Size to accommodate a wide range of simple & odd shapes and size samples; Available with Certified Reference Standards, which ensures traceability of analysis. Laser Focusing ensures repeatable precision sample presentation.
