Check Weighing Systems

LCS Controls offer Check Weighing Systems. Its weighing range starts from 25 gm to 25 kg on a moving conveyor. It comprises of a feed conveyor, weigh-conveyor and a take away conveyor. The feed conveyor carries the component to be check weighed into weigh conveyor. The weigh conveyor senses the weight by high precision load sensor and then the material moves on to take away conveyor. The high-speed micro controller based digital indictor digitizes the load sensor output and gives control outputs. The achieved weight on the weigh conveyor is compared with the preset weight already entered in the controller and control outputs are given. These control outputs are integrated with Accept/ Reject mechanisms for sorting the end product. The system can check weigh from 20 samples per minute onwards and all weight data can be transferred to PC for generation of reports.
