Bottom Discharge Electronic Net Weighing Scales

Bottom discharge electronic net weighing scales (Model BDE) offers complete solutions to bagging problems. They consist of a weigh hopper suspended on load cells with two gates opening at the bottom. The material is fed into the weight hopper through a feed gate operated by pneumatic cylinders. The output from the load cells is fed to a specially designed microprocessor based control system which actuates the pneumatically operated feed gate to close and shut off the feed in two stages ie main feed and fine feed. Once the weighing is completed the controller gives a signal, which actuates the bottom gates of the weigh hopper to open and the material is discharged into the bag. The controller has features such as auto tare, automatic inflight compensation, check weighing, high resolution, data printing.Once the discharge is completed, the bottom gates close and the feed gates open to start a new cycle. These can be offered as single unit weighing system or multi weighing system. These are suitable for online applications requiring high speeds, higher accuracies and more automation.
