Belt Weighing System

On-line belt weighing system, is operated by microprocessor based controllers. It is useful for measuring the flow rate and totalising weight of the material, which is passing through the belt conveyor. The system consists of a mechanical weigh frame along with a loadcell and a speed sensing transducer (digital encoder). The machine is available for capacity ranging from few kg to hundreds and tonnes of measurement. The proportional output 4 to 20 mA is useful for monitoring and recording at remote place. The system is designed such that it can be directly fitted to existing conveyor with very minor or nil modification. This system is useful for various on-line measurements for free flowing of material on conveyor.
