Batching & Weighing System

Batching and weighing system, is operated by microprocessor based or PLC based systems. It consists of material storage hoppers, feeding systems, weigh hoppers, weigh hopper gates, loadcell assemblies, pneumatic accessories and controlling systems. This is useful up to 9 real materials, which will be weighed into the weigh hopper as per the recipe requirement. The material is accurately weighed for individual as well as batch-wise operation. The weighed material is discharged into the appropriate equipment, which is interlocked with the weight hopper. The above system is interfaced with SCADA for plant level operation and various data management information.
