Alignment Telescope For Die Cast Machines

Prisms India offers a special purpose Alignment Telescope designed to meet the needs of the die-casting industry by allowing easy and accurate alignment of the shot cylinder and platen. The equipment consists of focusable telescope, which locates in the shot end and an illuminated target tube, which locates into the platen. Periodic use of the equipment reduces the production rejection levels. The end user himself can align the spindle with suitable shims and avoid down time. This equipment could also be used for inspection of lathe centre and tailstock centre.
