Video Measuring Microscope

Classen of Germany has developed a videomicroscope which enables the customers to flexibly match the system with their requirements. The possibilities of extension range from a simple measuring projection microscope to a CNC unit with digital image processing. The unit is suitable for contactless testing of solid or flexible components like synthetic materials, rubber, metal or ceramics. Even conductor platesand heat sensitive components can be measured without any problem. The core component of the system is the stative with a videomicroscope and a 1:6 zoom objective. A compact aluminium casing protects it against dust. The instrument works with a cold light source of the supplier. In addition there is a movable coordinate measurement table with paths of values of 300 mm x 400 mm.
