It is a video inspection system for precise, easy video inspection of 32 mm250 mm (1-1/4"10") lines in industrial, refinery/ petrochemicals, waste, drain lines, plumbing, HVAC and various other diverse applications. The small video camera head of SeeSnake, tested and guaranteed to 100 metres underwater can withstand repeated impacts in tough pipes. Materials like hardened stainless steel and scratch resistant sapphire crystal make it tougher than cast iron pipe. This video camera mounted on proprietary push cable (using inner metal and Kevlar braid jackets) can be sent up to 100 metres inside a pipeline. The high resolution video monitor and variable intensity LED lighting help operators see clearly the detail in the pipe wall while focusing far ahead to see trouble before they are in it. SeeSnake can be a very useful diagnostic tool for refinery and petrochemical plants where the pipelines need regular inspection. A small access to pipeline would be enough to scan the insides of the pipeline for details like the condition of pipe wall, any abnormal deposition or blockages.
