Vial inspection machine

Harikrushna Technocrates Engineering Co manufactures on-line visual vial inspection machine, Model HTEC, in two versions - HTEC-08 for liquid (worm type) and HTEC-88 for powder (roller type). These machines are controlled with a micro-controller. The machine does not incorporate jerking and head holding system for holding the product. It runs in two different modes ? auto and manual. Counters are provided at both ends to check the total input, output and rejection. Clear and wide (ratio 3:1) field of vision with magnifying glass helps operators to inspect vials. This machine is useful to check all the parameters such as sealing, neck of product, filled product and bottom. Input and output are facilitated through turntable, in collection tray or as per customer requirement to connect the machine to another machines for on-line operation. Rejection system and variable intensity of light for inspection are the other features.
