Slip gauge calibrator

Aurangabad-based Mikronix introduces CNC automatic slip gauge calibrator for that serves for the calibration of slip gauges from 0.5 to 100 mm length. The slip gauge to be measured is compared with reference master whose deviation at centre is exactly known. With two measuring probes, one at the top and the other at the base, the differential measurement gives reliable measurement with extremely high accuracy. A template profile allows the probes to trace 5 points on the surface of the slip gauge under test and one at the centre point of the reference master. The manual remote control allows the movement of the slip gauge smoothly without jerk and interference from body heat.
