PRESSURE CALIBRATORS

Surag Instruments offers Pressure Calibrators, ECP3600. It is a self-contained calibrator, suitable for field calibration, commissioning and maintenance, with capabilities of pressure and electric measurement, data storage, as well as facilities for 4-20 mA loop testing. It contains a built-in pressure generator with fine pressure control and vent valve. The rugged industrial design is styled such that the pressure pump can be operated and test leads connected without compromising the visibility of the larger parameter display. The file storage function offers memory of up to 60 sets of instruments including information of tag numbers and calibration data, etc. Features: built-in pressure transducer - high linear, long term stability and temperature compensation from 5 to 40ºC; µP based, press to zero pressure, mA and voltage drift; built-in rechargeable 6 V DC cells and fast charger for 220 V AC 50 Hz supply; engineering units selected from MPa/ mH2O/ mHg/ psi (or) kPa/ mmH2O/ mmHg/ psi; larger display - simultaneously indicate pressure, percentage and mA or voltage, soft menu and information column also; pressure range from -13 to 290 psi with 15 different ranges and accuracy available ±0.075% FS & ±0.05% FS; electric range - 0-200 V and 0-30 mA with the accuracy of ±0.05% FS and output - 24 V DC; and process connection - 1/4" NPT or 1/4" BSP.
