Portable Video Inspection Units

The design allows an inspector to carry a scope, light source, video CCU, and a detachable LCD monitor in one unit-slung over one's shoulder-to make a visal inspection in the interiors ot machinery, tubing, pipe assemblies, castings and so on. The ILK-C, the lightest and most compact combination unit, features a built-in 150-watt halogen lamp. It is available with the Olympus IV-5A CCU and monitor or it can be fitted with a cainera/storage compartment to accommodate other types of video cameras. The IV-5A CCU controls video image scopes or the new Olympus OTC-5 video camera, which can be coupled with a flexible fiberscope or a rigid borescope, giving the user the ability to utilize scopes already in inventory.
