Magnetic Particle Inspection

The EECIFLUX horizontal bench type equipment is a multidirectional magnetisation unit with capability to magnetise up to 6000 Amps. It provides alternating current (AC) and half wave DC (HWDC) as test current for effective magnetisation and surface and subsurface detection of cracks. It can be used in industries like forging shops, aircraft overhaul stations, and heat treatment plants where high magnetising currents are required with high level of accuracy. Features: contact shot for circular magnetisation and coil shot for longitudinal magnetisation of parts; fabricated frame (MS) with splash guard and wood grill assembly; stainless steel circulation tank of SS304 grade material with turbulence agitation system; mono-block pump and hand nozzle; in-built power source with infinitely variable self regulating current control; analogue/digital ammeters with calibration facility; control panel with push bar assembly for operator conveyance; in-built AC decay demagnetisation facility; magnetisation time controlled by logic control PCB; and current assurance indicator with audiovisual facility.
