Leak tester

This is a micro-processor based tester from Kalpak Instruments, a result of integration of its leak testing experience and engineering expertise, to develop cost effective solutions to the exact requirement of the user. This instrument is used for measurement of leakages in various components. Major features and benefits: fully programmable test pressure limits, allowable leak rate, test cycle times to suit individual application; short testing tune; low investment and running cost; sufficient accuracy; and objective and quantified statement of quality with GO NO GO results. There are various ranges of products offered under this category. These are: pressure decay measurement based dry air volume leak tester, suitable for test pressures up to 200 bar and leak/pressure decay more than 1 m bar; differential pressure measurement based dry air volume leak tester, suitable for test pressure up to 200 bar and leak measurement up to 0.01 m bar; and mass flow measurement based dry air volume leak tester, suitable for leak rates as small as 0.1 m bar/sec.
