FLIR Systems has introduced the IRW-Series IR Inspection Windows to reduce the risk of hazardous arc flash incidents to technicians while opening electrical cabinets to perform IR and visual inspections of live components. A new line of IR Windows designed to enhance safety and efficiency in electrical infrared inspections. Compatible for all thermal cameras, the new FLIR IR windows can be placed between the technician and the energised equipment to eliminate the need for opening enclosures. It can be combined with FLIR thermal imaging cameras featuring integrated visible light video, lamps and a laser pointer to enable technicians to complete the job single handedly.
