Infra-Red Thermal Imaging

M V Karve & Co offers Infra-red thermal imaging system developed by Tech-Jam International, Japan. The state-of-the-art thermal imaging metering and recording system can accurately measure temperature within -50~+1000°C, and within any distance of 10 metres. Model TJ-200 performs 2-dimensional temperature measurements, with a newly developed thermopile array (64 element array, first time in world) having 8 x 8 elements. By arranging 8 x 8 units, it divides the area under observation in 64 boxes, which displays temperature profile, on colour LCD screen. Temperature profile colour pattern is viewed as superimposed on video photo of the area under observation. By moving cursor on to a desired spot one can read on LCD screen, the temperature of that particular spot from a long distance. The instrument is provided with a storage memory facility, in which a user can record and store temperature data. Pictures of variation in temperature patterns can be taken automatically for longer time, such pattern can be comfortably observed on wide screen of PC monitor or conventional 20" TV monitor. Temperature signal images are made available in video socket in PAL or NTSC format, as well as JEPG format on PC. TJ-200 has following features, automatic continuous measurements, setting of range and upper-lower limit, buzzer, data to CSV file, report generation facility, DD-MM-YY settings, battery operation, AC adapter facility, camera stand socket, and many more. Instrument is a light weight (100 g) and portable. Applications: electrical panels and equipment, boiler rooms, AC drives, UPS consoles, rolling mills, chemical plants, metal treatment plants, refineries and locations where safety is demanded.
