Digital Stroboscope

MRK Engineers offers a Digital Stroboscope, Model DT-2239 A. This is a microprocessor circuit design, high accuracy, digital readout, light duty stroboscope/tachometer. It is ideal for inspecting and measuring the speed of moving gears, fans, centrifuges, pumps, motors and other equipment, used in general industrial maintenance, production, quality control laboratories, as well as in schools and colleges for demonstrating strobe action. It has 4-digit display with stroboscopic accuracy of &177;1 digit up to 5,000 RPM and &177;0.05% for above 5,000 RPM. The unit has automatic range select circuit. This stroboscope employs a customised one-chip microcomputer LSI circuit and crystal control time base which results in extraordinary accuracy over a wide, dynamic range. It can work at 230 V AC, 50 Hz, with power consumption of 30 W. The instrument incorporates a flash tube of Xenor lamp having flash duration of 60 to 1000 micro seconds. The Xenor white 6,500&176; K are fitted inside the unit which will reflect with the use of plastic mirror type reflector.
