Hexaa Bytes Systems offers automotive, die-casting, machinery Component Inspection System, XSCAN-7600 Series. This is a specialised inspection system for die-casting; available for customised products, for customers’ needs like inspection size, X-ray power, and so on. Applied products: automotive components (brake, cylinder, piston, wheel, door, handle, connectors, and so on); die-casting of AL, MG, ZN, and so on; and TCU, ECU, airbag sensors, and so on. Xscan –7630: precision instruments, automotive components, defence industry products, die-casting, and so on; small and medium size die-casting; focus size 5 µm/detailed CT and 3D imaging; customising software tool; inspection for inside of objects, pin-hole, void, crack, foreign materials and so on. Xscan-7650: large size instruments, automotive components, defence industry products, die-casting, and so on; large size die-casting – 40 kg; focus size 5µm/detailed CT and 3D imaging; customising software tool; automatic open and close door; and inspection for inside of objects, pin-hole, void, crack foreign materials, and so on.
