Automated Pressure Calibrators

Automated pressure calibrators 1292-NIAPC and 1294 APC from Transmation, USA, are the first portable, data-logging pressure and electrical calibrators to totally automate pressure generation and control without a hand pump. The powerful, built-in compressor permits concentration on calibrating instruments instead of checking and adjusting pressure. As a result, a IO-point differential pressure test can be carried out in less than a minute. Microprocessor control automates the entire calibration process from beginning to end. The APC's ability to read and source current and voltage means one can conduct completely automated tests of P/I, I/P, and electrical signal conditioning devices. The APC provides advanced automated data-logging capabilities to simplify and standardize the increasingly complicated record-keeping requirements of IS0 9000 OSHO and other quality, safety and efficiency directives. It allows up to 53 user-definable and 10 pre-programmed pressure and electrical tests at the touch of a button, or create new tests in the field without a PC. It automatically graphs test results on the LCD screen, where problems such as hysteresis, zero offset and span errors are easy to spot. It also logs comprehensive data about each test sequence, including test name, tag information, operator ID, test data, ambient conditions, and error limits.
