Manas Machine Tools is a fast growing machine and automation equipment manufacturer having specialisation in the field of automation, designing and manufacturing special purpose machines as per the requirements of the customer. The company has built an auto inspection machine. Features: these machines are used for checking turned races of bearings; three parameters are checked at a time – O/R track, race width, track dia and OD; for I/R races track dia, bore and width, checking is done by Hicators (indicators with electrical signals) with least count of 10 microns and which has tolerances setting knob (Mitotoyo make), if all the parameters are ok then only it allows the races to go further otherwise it rejects; PLC controlled, automatic loading with hopper; and can be used online also, cycle time 2 sec.
