ABE (Accurate Balancing Equipments) offers a range of Vibration Analysers and Portable Balancers.
The range includes:
1. Vibration Meter 2040 – this is a general purpose low cost vibration meter for assessment of machinery vibration, with digital display for spot measurement of vibration in velocity/displacement; it is suitable for overall vibration severity assessment measurement as per IS11724
2. Vibration Meter 2050 – this is industry-standard vibration meter for assessment of machinery vibration, with digital display for spot measurement of vibration in acceleration/velocity/displacement/bearing spike; it is suitable for overall vibration severity assessment, and is supplied with a rechargeable battery
3. Vibration Analyser cum Portable Balancer 6050 – this is a microprocessor-based vibration measuring, analysis and balancing instrument with memory for analysis results and PC data transfer for trending the spectral information and printing magnitude v/s frequency plots. It also has inbuilt balancing programs for 1-plane and 2-plane balancing; and
4. Portable Balancer 1000D – this is a compact instrument for in-situ balancing of rotors in the speed range of 500-6000 RPM. It displays the vibration level in velocity or displacement at the running speed and the stroboscope indicates the angle of the vibration. It is very popular amongst lower users and manufacturers. Results can vary with the rotor, but almost always enhances bearing life by lowering vibration levels drastically.
