Precision Impedance Analysers

Wayne Kerr precision impedance analysers are available in a choice of 7 models, for different frequency ranges of maximum 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 and 120 MHz. The minimum frequency for all models is 20 Hz. The 6500B range of Precision Impedance Analysers give users a comprehensive set of functions for characterisations/research/analysis. The colour touch screen allows easy manipulation of the graphical results and a basic accuracy of 0.05% enables measurements to be made with confidence. 6500B Series has two modes of operation: 1. Meter Mode; and 2. Graphical Sweep/Analysis Mode.
