Oxygen Analyser

The headspace oxygen analyser is used for pharmaceutical packages for oxygen analysis in ampules and vials. The piercing of the package is semi automated and motorised for consistency even by non-specialised operators. No more handling needles or pooling multiple samples in a syringe. The orbisphere polographic sensor has industry standard for quality control provides superior stability and reproducibility for months of use without requiring zero setting or recalibration. This sensor is not damaged by water or product in contact within and requires preventive maintenance very infrequently. The models 3600,3650, or 510 quickly display the precise headspace oxygen content. The user to set units in ranges, analog outputs and alarm limits can easily configure the analyser. The measured values can be downloaded to a computer via an optional interface and windows software for treatment in a spreadsheet, database etc.
