Online Total Organic Carbon Analyser

ANATEL TOC Analysers are the industry standard for purified water and ultra pure water. The analyser provides online TOC analysis for a range of applications requiring USP Chapter <643> and EP chapter 2.2.44 for TOC requirements and USP chapter <645> for conductivity measurement. The ANATEL combines a rugged all metal design with patented stop-flow oxidation technology. This approach offers complete oxidation of an aliquot of water, fully complying with USP Chapter <643> and EP 2.2.44. The wide dynamic range of the TOC600 allows for monitoring of TOC levels across a range of water system applications.

A separate, portable proving system, the CSV module, provides an easy to use system for performing validation, calibration, and system suitability testing. The ANATEL TOC600 can be calibrated using multiple points, offering an accurate calibration curve. The self-contained CSV module can be used across multiple analysers and requires less standards for a significant reduction in the overall cost of ownership. Each analyser can be operated using remote control inputs, up to eight analysers can be networked to one C80 controller providing a low cost multiple analyser system. The operation of CSV module is directed through the C80 controller. The TOC600 automatically calculates results that are formatted into reports for display, print, and archive.
