Flue Gas Analyser, Testo 350, helps up to 6 gases can be analysed at the same time. The user can choose between the following sensors: O2, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, HC, and H2S. The sensors are easily replaceable by the user in the field within minutes without even using any tools. The features-packed analyser also calculates standard parameters like flue gas loss, excess air ratio and boiler efficiency, with simply connecting additional probes the unit measures velocity, differential pressure, and temperature. It has easy on-site calibration programme, which can be also done from the user, there is simply no downtime. The Testo 350 is the ideal gas analyser solution in the field. The analyser can be equipped with a wide range of flue gas sampling probes. The special hoses of up to 5 metres length are also available for most accurate NO2/SO2 measurements. The analyser has a built-in peltier cooled gas preparation unit with a peristaltic hose pump for condensate removal, for avoiding any kind of condensation and for highest accurate measuring results. The higher concentrations are no problem due to an optional dilution system provides a measurement range extension for either CO or over all parameters. The Testo 350 is a truly multifunction instrument in every sense and offers lots of versatility. It can store up to 500,000 measurements for longer-term measuring programs has facility for RS232 and Testo data bus connection comes with a rechargeable nickel-metal hydride battery pack even an integrated printer is on board. All these features are provided in a very compact size and a weight of just 4 Kg. The gas analyser is easy to use, accurate, reliable, and dependable.
