EFM-100 Electric Field Monitor is measure the static electric field generated by thunderclouds, which can also detect the atmospheric conditions that precede lightning. Electric field data is displayed and graphed on computer using the included software. For complete electrical isolation form the field mill outside, the EFM-100 connects computer using a fiber optic cable.
