Subtronics (India), an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, offers the latest police type Breath Alcohol Analyser, Model PD6000NX. This is an upgrade to model PD6000N with added features. This includes increased stability, reliability, accuracy and battery life. The easy to use graphical user interface with automatic ready indication makes the PD6000NX extremely easy to use even for a layman without any special training and is an easy way to quickly gauge whether a person has consumed alcohol. Prominent features include: just two operator buttons and three indicator lights, one to indicate the instruments status, one to indicate ready or alarm and third to indicate the battery life. It also has reading hold facility on detecting intoxication, where the alarm does not reset until user acknowledges it by pressing the reset switch. The subject participates by blowing into the sensing portion of the instrument where a sample of breath is collected for analysis. No mouth piece or contact is required with the subject. The instrument is housed in robust metallic brass body and can also be used as a batten when necessary.
