The castings are manufactured in sand, gravity and centrifugal process. The castings are manufactured as per IS, BS, ASTM, SAE, DIN and other international standards specifications in aluminium bronze, phosphorus bronze, leaded tin bronze, gunmetal, brass and aluminium base alloy castings such as LM4, LM6, LM24, LM25. The company can cast all types of non-ferrous castings in superior quality and quantity. The cast products range from 1000 grams to 1500 kg as a single piece in copper base alloy and aluminium base alloy castings. Facilities: oil fired furnace 1500 kg capacity; pattern shop for making patterns; EOT cranes; machine shop for machining of casted products; hydraulic and radiographic testing; inspection area for dimensional, and die penetrant and ultrasonic testing.
