Vertical Cold Chamber Diecasting Machine

Industrial Hydraulics Pvt Ltd has developed a vertical cold chamber diecasting machine which differs from the horizontal machine in a basic way. All the working elements move in a vertical axis, so that the machine resembles a hydraulic press and it stands upright. In vertical diecasting machines molten metal is injected from the bottom of the die and as such venting is complete and the castings are free from porosity. Slug removal and ejection are automatic. Generally, the vertical diecasting machines are employed to cast the parts which cannot be cast as well on the horizontal machines. Vertical diecasting machines are well suited for the parts requiring high density, quality and in a large quantity of production. The use of diecast rotor in electric motor is now almost universal and these machines are designed to produce high quality squirrel cage diecasting rotors by vertical aluminium injection. Vertical diecasting machines are available in three models with locking force of 75, 150, and 250 tonnes to cover up to 300 mm dia rotors, end covers and frames (motor bodies) and many other die cast items. Other features include: simple hydraulic system, turbulence-free 3-stage powerful injection, PLC controlled inch, semi-auto and auto cycles. Pressure and speeds are individually adjustable, length of strokes are stepless. The machine is sturdy, noiseless and vibration-free. Excellent pre and after sales service is available.
