Hi-Tech Engineering Products (P) Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, manufactures a range of precision Transformer Components and Metal Forgings, both ferrous and non-ferrous.
Components for transformers include:

• Ferrous – clamping rings, all types of studs, forged taper washers, lifting lugs, air releasing bush with bolts, oil finishing bush with bolts, tie and clamping rods (full threaded) and button head bolts
• Non-ferrous (brass, copper, aluminium and bronze) forged parts – HV stems and caps, lead connecting bolts, bottom nuts, terminal connectors, terminal eye bolts, connecting lugs, LV stems, stem washers, top end washers and all types of nuts

The other range includes industrial and machinery parts, spare parts for transformer industry, switchgear industries and power sector, crow bars, MS tanks, foundation bolts with hot dip galvanising, MS components with phosphating, brass, aluminium bronze and copper all forging components with tin plating. During the course of manufacturing, extreme care is exercised in selecting superior quality raw material, chemicals, consumables and finally during the course of final product threading for bolts and nuts each and every item is checked using the latest instruments. The company was established in the year 1994 as a manufacturer of fasteners covering industrial and machinery parts, and transformer components in the power sector in a large operational unit with latest machinery and testing facilities. The company employs professionally skilled engineers and supervisors with lot of experience in the field of fasteners and forging and machining components.
