Stellar Hot Runner Systems

D-M-E Company manufactures Stellar hot runner systems. These are designed for high performance, precision, flexibility, cost effective small part moulding. The systems feature very tight pitches as close as 17 mm for small engineering and commodity plastic products. Modular construction includes standard manifold nozzle assembly, threaded and compression nozzles with 4 varieties of tips and 8 different lengths. A very wide variety of standard manifold nozzle assemblies are available in configurations of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 drops. Nozzle tips, mini tubular heaters for nozzles and thermocouple are front loaded for ease of replacement and to shorten service time.
