Steel Castings

Kesri Steels manufactures Steel Castings in various grades conforming to national and international standards. Casting grades manufactured include: carbon steel; low alloy steel; manganese steel; heat resistant; corrosion resistant; wear resistant; and graded cast iron. The castings are used in various industries: castings of pumps, impellers, guide vanes, labyrinth rings, valve bodies and bonnets, valve block, turbine casings, blower casings, pallet frame, magnet shells, bumping plates, swing jaws, pit man, jaw crusher plates, crusher segments, grinding rolls, crushing hammers, ring hammers, crushing rings, blow bars, bowls and mantles, drag line teeth, shovel teeth, rack and pinion, connecting rods, lug jaw, long lever, kevel chocks, roller button chocks, bitts, bearing housings, sprockets, mill heads, girth gears, hubs, mill liners, anchor and shank assembly, fly wheels, support rollers, housings, gears, quills, etc. The weight of castings ranges from 5 kg to 12000 kg (single piece). Supply conditions: as cast/proof machined/finished machined; ultrasonically tested in accordance with ASTM standard; and radiographically tested in accordance with ASTM standards. The company was incorporated in 1987 to manufacture stainless steel products, promoted by an entrepreneur having an experience of 40 years in steel and oil industry. Today, with the maximum heat size of 18000 kg, it offers a wide range of products which includes castings, ingots, round bars, square bars, flat bars and forged bars in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and special steel as per national and international standards. These products are used in steel plants, power sector, valve industry, sugar industry, oil field industry, cement industry, fertilizer industry, crushing industry, shipping industry, chemical industry, automobile industry, earth moving industry, mining and mineral industry, heavy engineering industries.
