Simple Casting Solutions

Preetham Products offers Simple Casting Solutions. In spin casting process, the silicon rubber is used as mould material for reproducing the parts. Impressions of parts are taken on the silicon rubber moulds under sufficient pressure at required temperatures. The silicon rubber gets hard, leaving the impressions of the parts. Molten metal/ plastic is poured in the rotating mould for getting desired shapes. In spin casting process metals that melt below 500ºC melting point such as lead, tin and zinc alloys are used. Also quick setting thermoplastics like polyester, polyurethane and epoxies can be cast in this process.
