Shell/Sand Casting

Shell and sand castings are available in sizes 600 x 450 x 300 mm, in weight up to 70 kg, single piece. The preferred range is from 3 kg to 20 kg. Tolerances are as per ISO 8062, CT8/10. Castech Foundries manufactures castings by investment (lost wax) process, shell process and CO2 moulding process for steel, alloy steel and super alloy metal grades; with the capacity to manufacture 40 MT of castings per month. The company is accredited for quality system as per ISO 9001:2000 and product approval according to PED and AD Merkblet WO/TRD 100. It caters to the requirements of valves, pumps, automobile and general engineering industries.
