Manek Investment Cast Pvt Ltd is TUV ISO 9001: 2008 certified manufacturer of Sand Castings by alkaline phenolic no-bake process. The monthly production capacity is 400 MT, and job capacity is up to maximum unit weight of 2500 kg. The company’s Sand Casting Plant has facility of pattern shop, induction furnace of 500 kg and 1000 kg, sand lab, radiography testing, ultrasonic testing, DP testing, MPI testing, chemical and mechanical testing, qualified NDT technicians, acid pickling and passivation, and Charpy impact testing. The company can undertake rough, semi-finished or fully finished, machined sand casting according to need of customer.
