Dataseal India manufactures a wide range of Rubber Extrusion profiles for autoclave/sterilizer seals, door seals, curtain walling seals, glazing seals and supply industries as diverse as electronics, chemicals, pharmaceutical, medical and food processing. The company offers prototype tooling to get customers’ ideas from a sketch or a drawing to a working model, propelling these ideas and designs into unique shielding and thermal closures. Extruded profiles are offered in soft touch silicone rubbers to tough hard rubbers with a maximum hardness of 90 IRHD. The company supplies a wide range of grades to suit most environments – high temperature, high strength, FKM-viton – for tough, hostile conditions to protect against corrosive solvents and extreme steam resistance.
