Pressure Die Casting Machines

Air Hydro System Spares & Controls offers cold chamber pressure die casting machines to produce quality castings of non-ferrous alloys such as aluminum, zinc and aluminum alloys, etc. The die mounting platens are made from special alloy steel castings,which enhance the life and strength of the machine. The company makes these machines in the range of 40 to 250 tonne locking force and casting capacity from 300 gm to 3.5 kg of aluminum per shot. These machines are most suitable for mass production of components for automobiles, electricals, electronic toys, measuring instruments and other hardware. The machines are equipped with piston type accumulators for best injection stroke, automatic unloading valve and heat exchanger to save oil from heating. Safety controls have been provided to ensure correct oil heating, prevent motor overloading, no ejection in closed die position, no injection in opened die condition, etc. Regular models of the machines consist of semi-automatic and manual operation capability. The picture shows a low cost die-casting machine with solenoid valve and push-button controls. Fully automatic die casting machines with electrical or electronic (PLC) control panels, are also available. Automatic ladling system, die coat spray system and programmable logic controller for major automation are optional accessories, which can be added on specific requirement.
