Fluoro Seals offers Pressure Die Casting Machines, FSDC 120. It is built to cater for a wide range and variety of die casting applications from simple components to high precision industrial components. It is built-with locking forces of 120 and 300 tonnes. Features: "C" frame construction of injection side gives rigidity and vibration free injection which is very important for production of quality castings; unique hydraulic design to achieve very high injection speeds and fast intensification pressure, for which pressure transducer with electronic switching is used to control triggering of 3rd phase; and pressure based triggering ensures that the intensification pressure is applied at the right time irrespective of ladle fill quantity, which in turn ensures the quality of the castings.
