Amtech Investment Casting is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified manufacturer of mechanical parts casting. The foundry is equipped for investment casting (lost wax process) and sand casting (no-brake, CO2) processes. The company undertakes manufacturing of mechanical parts casting according to drawings, specifications, materials and quantity details and samples provided by customers. For achieving excellency, it has installed state-of-the-art plant equipment and machinery. The laboratory department is also fully equipped with the latest measuring instruments, physical testing instruments and chemical analysis by spectrometer and wet analysis lab. Mechanical parts casting is done by ferrous metals specially SS of various grades such as CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CA15 and also carbon steel such as WCB and EN series, etc., and nickel based alloys such as monel, inconel, haste alloys, co-alloys (stelite), aluminum alloys, copper based alloys, bronze alloys and many other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The company can also arrange for machining process if required by customer subject to bulk quantity. Cast products have applications in industrial valves, pumps, material handling equipments, textile components, frameless glass fittings, automobiles components, mining equipments, construction machinery parts, orthopaedic implants, turbines, earthmoving equipment and machinery components.
