Twinkle Stars Engineers (an investment casting unit) is a manufacturer of Manganese Steel Castings by moulding of lost wax process. The materials cast include high manganese steel, alloy steel: JIS, DIN, ASTM, BS under direct-reading spectrum instrument, metallographic analysis, ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle inspection, mechanical properties inspection. The job handling capacity is in weight from 1.0 kg up to 500 kg. Supplementary facilities like heat treatment, machining, surface finishing are also available. Products manufactured include mill-ball, hammer, jaw plate, bucket teeth, big link pole, bare liner, grate plate, top grate, open grate, front wall and rack, sleeves, etc., and jaw crusher spares like toggle plate, treadle bar, side plate, concave mantle, tips for VSI blow bar, liner, etc.

The company can supply high tech items like toggle plate underlay in high Cr, Mo, V alloy steel for jaw crushers. Toggle plate underlay is designed to protect the jaw crusher outer side, thus improving the working life. The castings are widely appreciated for optimum porosity, grain structure and wear resistance attributes.
