Solo offers Machined Diecast Aluminium & Forged Components. The company has in-house pressure and gravity die casting facility to supply a range of machined die cast components. These are capsules used in collapsible steering systems, switch housings, plug pinions (top plugs), motor covers, pump inlet/outlet covers and more. The company also offers manual and power steering housings, differential housings, subcontract machining services and aluminum die-castings. These are housings of the rack and pinion type of steering systems, both manual and power. They are extremely complex housings with three to four bores machined to close tolerances not just in size but also in symmetry and concentricity. Apart from metals - ferrous and non-ferrous, nodular cast iron, aluminum and steel forgings, the company also has experience of machining bakelite, Teflon and even marble.
