Shree Matangi Investment Casting Pvt Ltd manufactures Investment Castings, in weight ranging from 0.050 kg to 125 kg, achieving dimensional accuracy as per IS 11166: 1993 and P 690 D2 with less than 5 Ra value of surface finish. The company has annual production capacity of 500 MT for manufacturing all ferrous grades such as Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, super alloy, hastalloy, monel, etc. The manufacturing unit is equipped with all major quality control equipment such as single spark spectrometer for chemical analysis, universal testing machine for testing physical properties, hardness testing machine, die penetration test, magnetic particle test machine, impact testing machine, static and dynamic load testing machine, all types of measuring instruments, etc.  Lot of value addition as per customer requirements is done over the castings such as machining, radiography/UT; all types special heat treatment, such as tuffriding, nitriding, etc; additional tests – such as surface roughness test, salt spray test, IGC practice B, F, impact test coating – zinc passivation, electro polishing, acid pickling, blackening, etc.

Qualified manpower in all departments with vast experience in investment casting field is deployed to ascertain defect free castings and smooth production. The technology is totally indigenous and in a modified form, from that of the existing recent developed technologies used in major developing countries. Synthetic wax is used for patterns with water-soluble wax/urea/ceramic for core. Water based colloidal silica is used with zicron, zirconium dioxide, fused siliminate, fused silica, and aluminate silicates depending on the size, shape, metal selected. The company can undertake investment castings according to drawings, specifications, materials and quantity details provided by client. Shree Matangi Investment Casting Pvt Ltd is a 13-year old investment castings manufacturing quality standard certified to international standardisation as achieved for ISO 9001: 2008, PED 97/23/EC, AD 2000 Merkblatt W0, and IBR approved; and the components are RoHS compliant.
