Texmo Precision Castings offers a wide range of Investment Castings, in a ready to use condition – machined and sub assembled or polished and buffed. Texmo Precision Castings is promoted by Texmo Group of Industries – a leading manufacturer of motors and pumps since 1956. The company has a long tradition in the field of electric motors and agricultural pumps and are the market leaders in India. Established in 1992, the company manufactures investment castings using the lost wax process. Processing facilities include: facilities to process castings are cut-off, sand and shot blasting, belt grinding (manual + high pressure) and TIG welding machines; melt/heat number punching machine is used to maintain traceability fettling machine; water quenching facility; and electrical heat treatment furnace with water quenching facilities adds mettle to the castings. Castings are machined using in-house and subcontracted CNC facilities.
