Investment Castings

Creative Castings specialises in Investment Castings. The company has well equipped wax pattern injection and shelling areas with controlled atmosphere, shell dewaxing and baking furnaces with auto temperature indicator cum controllers, thyrister controlled medium frequency induction furnaces with melting crucible capacity 150, 100 and 25 kg of steel, heat treatment furnaces with temperature recorders for heat treatment up to 1200?C, TIG welding machine, shot blasting, sand blasting, leaching, acid pickling and surface treating facilities. It also has the necessary quality control and testing facilities. The investment casting plant has manufacturing capacity of 350 metric tonnes per annum in weight range from 5 gm to 30 kg piece weight, for valves and pump components used in chemical, petrochemical and food processing industries; in heat and corrosion resistant stainless steels, special steel, super alloys like haste alloys, monel, CZ-100, stellites and other Cu and Al base nonferrous alloys conforming to various international specifications and also to stringent radiographic quality requirements. The company also has experience of investment castings for automobile, textile, machine tool and general engineering industries. The company has approval under Indian Boiler Regulations 1950, for its quality management systems; also has EIL approval for supply of valve castings; and is also approved manufacturer for valve castings as per AD-Merkblat WO/TRD 100 requirements.
