Investment Cast Components

Advik Hi-Tech Industries is a manufacturer of Investment Cast Components at its ultra-modern foundry plant. These are made in ferrous and non-ferrous metals by lost wax process with value added high precision CNC machining having capability of single piece weight ranging from 0.05 kg to 70 kg, sizes from 350 x 200 mm (max) and 25 x 10 x 5 mm (min). With an installed production capacity 60 MT per month, the company can handle materials of production like carbon and low alloy steels – CB, WCC, LCB, LCC, 1.0619; stainless steels – CF8M, CF3M, CA-40, CK3MCuN, CN7M, 1.4308, 1.4408, 1.4581; duplex stainless steels – CD4MCuN, GR-4A, GR-5A, GR-6A; precipitation hardening stainless steels – CB7Cu-1, CB7Cu-2; nickel alloys – W12MW, CZ-100, M35-1, CW6MC, CU5MCuC, N12MV; austenitic ductile iron – D2 (ni-resist); cobalt alloys –stellite-6, stellite-12, aluminium alloys – LM-25, LM-6, LM-9; copper alloys – HTB-1, gun metal (85-5-5-5), tin bronze and phosphorus bronze. They maintain quality control by impact testing, mechanical testing, hardness tester, metallurgical microscope, chemical analysis (spectro analysis), coordinate measuring machine, roughness tester, 2-D height gauge and radiation measurement. They can develop, manufacture and supply rough or finished CNC machined investment cast components like valve components, automobile components, defense components, ferrous castings, non-ferrous castings, pump components, general engineering components according to drawings and specifications provided by client.
