Kaalmanns Plastics Pvt Ltd is a one-stop facility for Injection Moulding of components for engineering, electric and consumer durable industries. For the last three decades, the company has moulded with over 50 different polymers and several different components to the international standards. The products are being exported to several countries. The design of a product is a very important factor in determining the ultimate success. The company Kaalmanns has a strong in-house design team, which becomes the prime mover of innovation and development working on soft wares like Pro-Engineers and Auto-Cad. Moulding is done on fully automated microprocessor controlled injection moulding machines from 10 to 300 tonnes capacity. A well equipped tool room and trained and experienced engineers help to understand ‘customers’ needs and convert their ideas into reality. The tool room forms the link between the design department and production to enable smooth functioning of the technical team.
