The two plants contain over 10 state-of-the-art plastic injection molding machines that run 24 hours a day, Highly automated, they are overseen by an expert, dedicated staff of professionals who carefully evaluate the condition of equipment to ensure state-of-the-art performance. Each machine is microprocessor-controlled, with clamping force from 110 to 200 tons (Cincinnati Milacron). Quality control checks of product tolerances, color and physical appearance are made at every step of manufacture.
