Since 1984 Uppal Ferrocast Foundry has continued to grow by providing quality castings, casting development and most importantly, reliable customer service and support. Casting flexibility is of grey iron and ductile iron to all international grades, customised slow mould cooling stress relieved castings. Finishing of the castings is completely equipped for shot blasting, grinding and inspection and Prime painting on site to customer specifications. Core making comprises of complete no bake, core and core box equipment designed for maximum flexibility. Casting range for ductile iron is 50 to 1500 kg and company has no minimum size and quantity restrictions. Pattern is of polystyrenes (thermocole), complete flexibility to use existing patterns equipment and core boxes, custom designed gating systems and complete layout and maintenance.
