Heat Resistant Castings

VKA Group has been in the industry of Heat Resistant Castings for the last 20 years. A group company, Aggarwal Soundcast, is currently supplying to major automobile companies, forging companies, auto component manufacturers, furnace manufacturers and major heat treaters in India and abroad. The company has a dedicated team for designing trays and fixtures depending on customers’ requirements. The various parameters considered while designing a fixture are: optimum life of trays/fixtures; minimum weight of trays/fixtures; maximum utilization of furnace capacity; selection of HRCS grade according to type of heat treatment, load and temperature; loading ratio, i.e., weight of the heat treated components to the weight of the fixture; operating ease of the workmen and commonisation of fixtures for various components. Another group company has specialised itself in making alloy steel castings. The foundry is situated in the industrial area of Aurangabad, 300 km from Mumbai.
